ref_ident holds 16-character FLIKs — DE + BB + LI + capture year + district + sequence, e.g. DEBBLI0268030574 — which Brandenburg's Feldblockkataster documents as the field block reference. It was mapped to farmer_id, which it never was: several fields share one block. It is published as `flik` now, with the flik extension, the way de_nds and de_nds_block already do. The .cpg claims UTF-8 but the DBF is cp1252 (June 2026 download), and the collection had no `id` at all: gp_xx repeats across rows, so the row index does the identifying.
