This changes pin definitions for the latest revision of Phoque1:

Changed opamps to use external channels, as internal channels added noise. Previous revisions can still use current sense by removing resistors, but BEMF sensing and ABZ is lost in this case.
This removes the dedicated ABZ pins and replaces them with spare GPIOs on the same connector.
