动机
新增博文需要完整的研究、正文、元数据、内容落盘和验证流程；重复维护排版规范容易漂移，每次都安装依赖也没有必要。
解决方案
纳入 blog-writing skill 及 zrr.dev reference，覆盖来源核验、重复路由检查、草稿行为、素材与子模块处理、构建和交付边界。正文排版统一引用根 AGENTS.md；仅在首次准备、依赖变化或环境未就绪时安装依赖。
说明
验证通过：skill quick_validate、
vp check、适用的prek检查和git diff --check。未新增文章或修改网站运行代码，因此未执行页面构建或视觉验收；不声称已发布。
