Draft changelog: Trends by WOEID tweet_count removal

Summary

Adds a weekly changelog entry (Aug 20, 2026) covering the only product-facing PR merged since the last entry: PR #315 corrected GET /2/trends/by/woeid/{woeid} to reflect that tweet_count is not returned and is no longer a valid trend.fields value.

Changes

• New Update entry noting tweet_count is not returned by Trends by WOEID and is no longer accepted as a trend.fields value
• Clarifies GET /2/users/personalized_trends is unaffected and still returns tweet_count
• Links to /x-api/trends/trends-by-woeid/introduction and /x-api/trends/personalized-trends/introduction

Context

Only one product-affecting PR merged since Aug 13, 2026 (PR #315). PR #319 (PUBLISHER_NETWORK placement clarification) was closed without merging, so it is not included. No new features or new updates were shipped in this window.
