Summary

Adds changelog entries for product changes shipped between Aug 13 and Aug 19, 2026.

Changes

• New feature (X API v2): GET /2/broadcasts/{id}/chat endpoint for retrieving broadcast chat history.
• New feature (X API v2): New block.write OAuth 2.0 scope.
• New feature (X Ads API): Eight new WEB_CONVERSION metrics and the CONVERSION_TAGS segmentation type.
• Update (X API): Pay-per-use monthly Post read cap raised from 2M to 3M.

Context

Derived from commits merged to main since the last changelog entry on Aug 13 (63052d2), through today's OpenAPI-spec sync (3cc206d). The Aug 14 Trends-by-WOEID tweet_count change is docs-only and was omitted.
