Adds InBrief to the Status sub-list under Observability & Monitoring, alongside Cachet, StatusPal and Instatus.
InBrief is a hosted status page and incident communication service: HTTP, TCP and DNS monitors, incident and maintenance publishing, subscriber updates over email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Microsoft Teams and RSS, custom domains and multilingual pages. Pricing is per feature rather than fixed tiers, with a free tier.
No duplicate entry, URL is live, no trailing whitespace.
Disclosure: I'm the maker of InBrief.
