HTML pages cache JavaScript, CSS, images and other static resources for performance. When you change a resource, update its URL in `index.html` by adding a new query parameter, for example:

```html
<script src="./app.js?t=1788316923728"></script>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="./style.css?t=1788316923728">
```

Use a new value each time the resource changes. Otherwise, the browser may continue to use the older cached file.

Make a **ZIP** archive that contains `index.html` at the **top level** — not inside a folder — together with any other files the page needs (images, etc.). The ZIP can have any name.
