Privacy Redirect has been archived and is no longer maintained. LibRedirect is usable on Chrome-based browsers, but it's not in the Web Store.
I hacked together a Chrome extension that pulls the public instance list and redirects Reddit URLs to the instance of your choice. It's Redlib-specific and works out of the box, so a little more accessible than building your own regex rules.

Thanks for building this btw! Redlib is the only way I'll use Reddit.
