Tag Page:
This page can be viewed when a tag is clicked on.

Issues:

• The textbox for the tag description should be at 100% width
• i icon can be located after "Rules related to tag:"
• Tooltip is empty.

File Page:
This page can be viewed when the active file is changed in the IDE.

Issues:

• i icon can be located after "Rules applicable for File:"
• Tooltip is empty.
