Problem
Starting and iterating on a shared plan required disconnected setup screens and manual collaboration controls.
Change
Open template-based encrypted drafts directly into collaboration, add live text editing and annotation tools, retain character choices and drafts navigation, and expose wallet-aware agent publishing options. Update the templates and agent workflow documentation to match the product.
Risk
Live collaboration is invitation-based; native on-chain annotation checkpoints and verified participant handles are not included in this release.
