Question regarding N1-methylpseudouridine detection support

Hello,

I am currently exploring various tools to analyze N1-methylpseudouridine modifications using direct RNA-seq data.

I was wondering if it is possible to detect and analyze N1-methylpseudouridine modifications using this tool? For context, my data is generated using the PromethION platform with the RNA 004 kit.
