DefaultEventCatalogue carries routing only - Ids differ per system, so each application supplies its own.
LogEvent.with_id() and LogEvent.replace() override an inherited event without restating it.
An unset id fails at configure(), naming the slots. Same check in assert_catalogue_complete().
user_agent is added as a standard context field. Sanitised.
