Excluded from NOTICE, logged to `NOTICE-REVIEW.txt`. (`@github/copilot-sdk@1.0.1` is genuinely MIT and *is* included.) Needs OSSOM CELA/legal confirmation that redistribution is permitted (unmodified, bundled, license copy retained in image).
