Note that this PR is currently pointing at #146, so that it's clear what is PR contains. The changes can also be compared with the prior quantile mapping approach shown in #146.
This PR removes the quantile mapping kgo, as the quantile mapping has been removed from the spatial morphing CLI and replaced with an
apply_suppressionoption. A new kgo is therefore added for this suppression option and a json file linked with this new suppression option is also included.KGO produced using linear morphing method
