Hello, I'm having some trouble using AutoMapper. When I used my own custom example, the error "Missing Atom Search timed out" occurred. The command I used was:
AutoMapper.py . map cleanedpre-react.data cleanedpost-react.data --save_name pre-molecule.data post-molecule.data --ba 15 57 47 43 --ebt C H O H C H C H O N, and the files used are as attached.
