Overview
Updates the pinned actions/setup-node commit in .github/workflows/main.yml from the v5-era SHA to v7.0.0 (820762786026740c76f36085b0efc47a31fe5020).

The change applies only to the Set up Node.js steps in the go-test and generate-docs jobs. Existing node-version settings (18.x and 18.8.0) are unchanged, and no new inputs (for example cache-related outputs) are added.
