Release Please cuts LaunchDarkly.ClientSdk 5.10.1 by bumping the package version in the csproj,
.release-please-manifest.json,PROVENANCE.md, and adding a 5.10.1 section toCHANGELOG.md.That patch release documents two bug fixes already on
main: plugin hooks are activated beforeRegisterPlugininvokesRegister, so dynamic registration matches construction-time behavior and hooks run during registration; and a dependency bump to LaunchDarkly.Logging 2.1.0 (reflected in the client csproj).There is no additional runtime or API change in this diff beyond versioning and release notes.
