Overview
Updates the evals npm sharp override from ^0.35.3 to ^0.35.4 and refreshes package-lock.json so all platform-specific @img/sharp-* binaries and libvips 1.3.3 align with that release (bug fixes around resize/composite bounds, TIFF pages, and stream handling per upstream).

The lockfile diff also reflects npm’s resolved tree for promptfoo transitive deps (e.g. rimraf/glob, gaxios nesting)—no application source changes in this repo.
