Add session policy steering doc and references for the
sessionPolicyparameter on StartRun/StartRunBatch. This parameter lets users scope down a workflow run's IAM role permissions via an inline IAM policy (intersection semantics).steering/session-policy.mdSOPPOWER.md: route session-policy tasks to the new steering docrunning-a-workflow.md: add Session Policy section with tooling caveatbatch-runs.md: add sessionPolicy to defaultRunSetting params and batch-wide limitation note
