openclaw: prepare 0.0.67 ClawHub release

Summary

• release @inline-openclaw/inline@0.0.67 without the optional JSON Schema $schema annotation that ClawHub's current Convex metadata transport rejects
• add a packed-manifest regression that rejects dollar-prefixed manifest keys before release
• run the full OpenClaw package check as a normal Ubuntu CI job on every PR and main push
• align the compatibility table and setup guide with 0.0.67

The channel schema behavior is unchanged: removing $schema only removes its optional draft declaration. The upstream ClawHub transport fix remains tracked separately in openclaw/clawhub#3593.
