typesafe-ai/skillsskill file verbatim into.opencode/skills/typesafe-ai/SKILL.md(verified byte-identical to the upstream raw file). Same pattern as the existingeffectskill.No code, no SDK dependency — guidance only, for TypeSafe/Jev integrations (#1301, #1295 follow-ups if adopted).
