Ability to pass props into a RowActions Popup

Hi.
It would be great to be able to add props to a popup inside row-actions without having to implement it manually via renderRowActions.

You also need to be able to change the maximum height of the pop-up. (now it is 200px)

For example, I'd like to insert a container.
