feat(android): Report PerfettoContinuousProfiling as an SDK integration

📜 Description

Report PerfettoContinuousProfiling via addIntegrationToSdkVersion when the Android SDK installs PerfettoContinuousProfiler on API 35+.

This surfaces Perfetto continuous profiling adoption in sdk.integrations the same way other Android features are tracked.

💡 Motivation and Context

We want to measure how widely the Perfetto continuous profiling backend is used. SDK integrations are the existing telemetry channel for that kind of adoption signal.

💚 How did you test it?

Added unit tests in AndroidOptionsInitializerTest covering:

• API 35+ reports PerfettoContinuousProfiling
• API < 35 does not report it

Local Gradle verification could not be completed in this environment (Android SDK missing after JDK/Gradle setup).
