test: verify dashboard stream recovery

Summary

• close PAR-V03 with explicit legacy dashboard-stream fallback behavior
• verify REST totals remain authoritative when streaming is unsupported and cap live stats at six unique environments
• cover bounded reconnect, legacy 404, client replacement, and current-server recovery

Validation

• ./gradlew :app:testDebugUnitTest :app:assembleDebug
• 148 unit tests passed; debug APK assembled
• 21 focused dashboard stream/stats/totals tests passed
• physical-device/live-server testing passed initial totals, pull refresh, network reconnect, and environment switching without duplicate or stale values
