Handle 2024 and 2025

The converter read record 14384070 — version 1.1 of the Harmonized IACS
inventory of Europe-LAND, December 2024 — which carried LT_2024 alone. Version
1.3 (record 18670815, February 2026) bundles GSA-LT-2024 and GSA-LT-2025 in one
archive, so both are variants of the same download, and the edition supplies the
determination date the inventory does not carry per feature.

2024 is rebuilt from the same version as 2025 rather than left on v1.1, and
comes back with the identical 1,213,522 fields, so that release did not revise
it.

Checked while answering whether EuroCrops has a Lithuanian 2020: it does not.
All eleven Zenodo versions of the EuroCrops record ship LT_2021 and nothing
else, and this inventory starts at 2024, so 2020 exists only at the national
source.
