The older editions are not what the converter assumed. The 2009-2019 zips hold a FileGDB rather than a GeoPackage, so the target is globbed after extraction; their columns carry GWS_/CAT_ prefixes and there is no year column at all, so the edition supplies the year; and their shape area sits under a name the converter does not map, so it is derived from the geometry. 2020 is a GeoPackage rather than a zip, 2009 exists where the range started at 2010, and 2026 is a concept edition at a new PDOK location. Eighteen editions are built and published, 15.9M field-years. The jump from ~760k to ~1.35M parcels in 2023 is a real BRP delineation change upstream, not a conversion artefact. Update source-url, accomodate slightly different files (handle differently named columns over years)
