fix: nav dropdown closes before the pointer reaches it - #59

The dropdown panel hung mt-1 below its trigger, and that 4px margin was a hover dead zone: leaving the link dropped :hover and the menu closed mid-move. The old Vue menu papered over this with a 150ms close delay. Wrap the panel in a top-full pt-1 bridge whose padding stays inside the hover chain, so the trip from trigger to panel never breaks group-hover.

The About dropdown hung 4px (mt-1) below its trigger — that margin is outside the hover chain, so moving the mouse from the link toward the panel dropped group-hover and the menu snapped shut. The old Vue menu hid this with a 150ms close delay; the CSS version exposed it.
Fix: wrap the panel in a top-full pt-1 bridge whose padding is part of the hover chain — the pointer path from trigger to panel never leaves group-hover. Closed state keeps pointer-events-none on the visible card so nothing beneath is blocked.
