Problem
DeepSeek V4.1 Flash is available in the live Tangle Router catalog, but cli-bridge's Pi fallback catalog omitted it. When Pi discovery is unavailable, the bridge could not advertise the route.
Change
Add
deepseek/deepseek-v4.1-flashto the maintained Pi fallback catalog and cover it in the models smoke test.Validation
pnpm exec vitest run tests/smoke.test.ts tests/model-discovery.test.tspnpm run typecheckA live Tangle sandbox canary was also attempted separately. Sandbox creation succeeded once, but the router returned HTTP 503 for the requested model; a subsequent attempt hit provider capacity exhaustion. No claim of served V4.1 is made by this PR.
