This CL sets up the import configurations, dataset metadata, and StatisticalVariables for the Commerce EDA USAspending dataset. It introduces variables to track investment amounts overall and across various programs, such as Economic Adjustment Assistance, Public Works, Program Planning, Regional Innovation Strategies, and Technical Assistance.
