Motivation: ---------- xrootd4j was lacking implementation of ping XRootD protocol call described in https://xrootd.web.cern.ch/doc/dev6/XRdv520.html#_Toc173272921 We have a request to implement ping: dCache/dcache#8122 Modification: ------------- Introduced classes representing PingRequest and PingRespons and added then to response handlers.
