Make d2lang.com English-only. Remove the Korean and unused Chinese translations, the translation-generation command, and the unused locale switcher registration. Update the contributor instructions accordingly.
Keep existing links working with redirects from
/ko/...and/zh-cn/...to the corresponding English pages. The normal production sync removes obsolete translated assets and refreshes the search index.Validation: production build passed; checked English page metadata and locale configuration, absence of translated URLs from the sitemap, and that all generated retired-locale pages contain only redirects. This PR excludes the separate donor-page work.
