Make fonts bigger, use more Bootstrap's utilities
Bootstrap has no heading size variables, so the fluid sizes are copied from its own h2 and h4 rules.
All of them are loaded with defer or async so they are not blocking

I'm open to moving html-proofer and mdl to CI if you prefer that. Less gems to install, but only CI would catch any errors.
