Summary

• Use a popover for the account switcher
• Share consistent copy icons
• Wrap changelog search earlier, and switch changelog layout with a container query instead of a media query
• Fix the features-grid initial animation and use currentColor on feature-card icons in dark mode
• Fix the stuck snapshot-command shimmer, fade the command against the page background, and use a lighter blue shimmer in light mode
• Fix unwanted tab animation
• Fix unwanted sidebar indicator animation

Test plan

• Account demo: open the switcher from the toolbar and from Transact → From; confirm it appears above the modal
• Copy buttons (snapshots, explorer, vibenet): confirm they share the same overlapping-squares icon
• Changelog: resize the content column and confirm search wraps / table↔cards switch on container width, not viewport
• Home features grid: load the page and confirm the tiles do not play a stuck or repeated entrance animation
• Dark mode: feature-card icons inherit the foreground color
• Snapshots: change network/preset and confirm the command shimmer plays once, does not stick, uses a lighter blue in light mode, and fades against the page background
• Tabs (snapshots and elsewhere): change tabs; reload the page and confirm no entrance animation on the pill
• Sidebar: switch pages, then toggle theme and dismiss the banner — the active pill should not slide
