🧹 [Code Health] Fix markdown documentation link failures in MkDocs

🎯 What: Replaced relative Markdown links in docs/guides/ExamplesGuide.md and docs/index.md with absolute URLs.
💡 Why: The MkDocs pipeline (docs.yml) was failing with strict validation errors because CONTRIBUTING.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md are excluded from MkDocs via mkdocs.yml but were referenced in index.md, and the ExamplesGuide.md contained unrecognized relative paths outside of the docs folder.
✅ Verification: Verified by successfully running mkdocs build --strict locally without encountering broken link errors.
✨ Result: The docs.yml CI workflow will no longer abort on these strict validation errors.
