Getting this error trying to configure Open Live Writer on a new laptop:

This app is blocked
This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access.

Is it possible to fix it, please? Cannot use Google Blogger editor, need Writer to keep my blog appearance the same.
