This PR consists of revamping the repo by finding the outdated content in the docs like obsolete SDKs, tools etc.

Nick Walker (@nickwalkmsft), regarding this document https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/bots/bot-concepts?tabs=typescript, the page is now positioned in the TOC as agent content, but its live URL still uses the legacy bot-era slug /bots/bot-concepts. This probably won’t block readers, but it does create a noticeable terminology mismatch between navigation, page content, and URL. I think it’s worth cleaning up as part of the revamp, provided we handle redirects and update inbound links rather than changing the slug in isolation.
