Senior Software Engineer · Backend, Applied AI & Developer Tooling
I build backend services, AI-enabled products, and tools that help developers investigate and ship reliable software. My current focus is Go/Python services, AWS, LLM integrations, and MCP tooling.
I care about the whole path from an idea to a working product: API contracts, data flows, tests, observability, and reliable releases.

- Backend & cloud: Go, Python, Node.js/TypeScript, REST and GraphQL APIs, AWS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and event-driven services.
- Applied AI & developer tools: LLM integrations, MCP servers, tool contracts, evaluation, and reproducible debugging workflows for AI agents.
- Product & data: React/Next.js interfaces, payment and subscription integrations, Python/SQL data pipelines, Snowflake, and Airflow.
My background also includes Flutter/Dart, Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit, and Kotlin. That experience informs my work on client APIs, native integrations, and developer tooling.
| Project | Focus | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Web Debug MCP | AI developer tools · Web | Gives MCP clients a local workflow to reproduce browser issues, inspect runtime state, collect redacted evidence, and verify fixes. |
| Apple Debug MCP | AI developer tools · Swift | Exposes Apple debugging and profiling tools through typed MCP interfaces for macOS and iOS investigations, with explicit capabilities and authorization boundaries. |
| GraphGate | Go · GraphQL · CI/CD | Checks schemas, operations, persisted-operation manifests, and breaking contract changes before release, with a CLI and local browser UI. |
| SwiftGraphQLClient | Swift · GraphQL · AWS AppSync | Combines typed operation generation, normalized caching, SQLite persistence, uploads, subscriptions, and AppSync realtime support in a SwiftPM toolkit. |
| App Store Server Library for Go | Go · Apple APIs | Provides App Store Server API and notification helpers, including signed transaction verification and authenticated API requests. |
More projects: Flutter Desktop Updater, desktop update delivery with signed release metadata and artifact verification; parasut-python, an unofficial accounting API wrapper; WinUI 3 Mac Test Runtime, a runtime experiment for rendering and testing C#/XAML on macOS; and LiveKit WebRTC Native Swift, an unofficial Apple-native client.
- Flutter framework & ecosystem: Direct contributions across Material/Cupertino separation, widget and rendering tests, semantics, and behavior fixes. Browse my pull requests.
- AWS Amplify: Feature proposals, issue reports, and reproduction projects around Flutter, AppSync, DynamoDB, and backend integrations. Browse my issues.
I use Codex and Claude Code with explicit project instructions, scoped changes, tests, and code review. For debugging, I aim to reproduce the failure, capture useful evidence, and verify the same user flow after a fix. My MCP projects make that workflow available as callable tools.
I'm interested in remote backend, product, and applied AI engineering roles, as well as open-source collaboration.
Outside software: opera and ballet, live music, electric guitar, and camping.
