As title said that function is outdated and it's now present on vsdenoise.deblock_qed on vs-jetpack

fix:

line 777: import vsdenoise
line 841: predeblock = vsdenoise.deblock_qed(src.rgvs.RemoveGrain(2).rgvs.RemoveGrain(2))
