Add the supplied Prindle microfluidic DWG/DXF source assets and their provenance for the device tutorials. Preserve the distinction between the publication's nominal array size and the exact supplied drawing; no fabrication revision or physical scale is inferred without source-specific evidence.
This PR is restacked on the revised coupling layer. Its device assets are unchanged by the mathematical corrections.
