This issue also happens in the map station, as reported in #1574.
I have a decent GPU which is able to run the game very well on maximum graphics settings with constant 60+ fps.
But in Deli I get severe fps drops specifically when I'm in front of the DELI bar. Like in Station, these drops might be caused by the use of some specific textures / materials.
