Bug: popmenu receive symbol gets overwritten by send symbol

Once you finish typing and click away the value is changed to whatever is put into the send symbol field.

Other issues with Popmenu: the options are not saved in the patch. In the popmenu-help.pd we can see that the menu options should be appended at the end inside the patch, but when we save in plugdata (latest nightly) there are no options stored.

Also when the no_selection label is empty it is saved as a bare space, but it needs to be escaped. In vanilla it is saved as \ .
This might actually be the cause why the saved values are restored into the wrong attributes.
