Include Microsoft OAuth

Include Microsoft OAuth so that users can sign in with Microsoft email account.

The app uses omniauth to manage the oauth providers. There are a couple of Microsoft plugins available, and I also found this one.

Do you think there are many users that do neither have a Google, Github or OpenStreetmap account?
