hdiff does not work with hackage2

I guess you already know this, but I’d like to have a place to track process. It seems that some paths (e.g. upload log) have changed or disappeared.

thanks, yeah i'm still in new york so i haven't had much time to fix it yet, I added a warning message to the site after you notified me on orc. But dcoutts has already explained to me how i can get the required info from the index tar file, so it shouldn't take that long to fix anymore.

Well, I created a pull request for the old log (before reading this): haskell/hackage-server#125
If you do not need that feature any more, let them know there. And I guess I better stop now, to avoid duplicate work ;-)
