下载完之后不安装，一直提示要更新

我是从appcenter转私有化部署的，因为网络问题。app安装完之后提示更新，更新完之后提示更新又弹出来了，重启app也是一样，查看history都是pending状态，没有active的

代码里配置的是立即安装：

change apps.is_use_diff_text to 1 in mysql codepush database
