How I can do that

I'm researching about Ethereum then I have a problem. I hope you give me a solution.

I want to use Ethereum Technology in Arduino and my process is:

1. Set up cpp- etherum in 2 virtual machines Ubuntu 14.04 (done)
2. Set private network (done)
3. Create contact by C++ (sent message, data between 2 machines). (I don't no how to create contact with C++)
   And I don't know how to call API C++.

I hope you give me a solution and feddback my process, please!
