Error when running imas python v2.3.0 with DDv4.0.0

test_convert_core_edge_plasma.py looks to require DDv4.1.0 (example) does the latest imas python require DDv4.1.0?

I ran into this because my environment uses a built DDv4.0.0.

Thanks for this report @Nush395, we probably need to be more conservative and not assume that users have the latest version of the imas-data-dictionaries dependency, and if we assume a given version being available (in code or tests), mark this explicitly in the pyproject.toml.

That being said, if you target DD4, please consider bumping DD4.0.0 to 4.1, as there are major changes (w.r.t 3.x) that were still missing in 4.0 and fixed in 4.1, as shown in the release notes:

- Fix 4.0 missing renames of label nodes into name in the PLASMA_PROFILES and PLASMA_TRANSPORT IDSs
- Fix 4.0 missing replacements of id or identifier by name (+ description string) in the FOCS, TF_COIL, LH_ANTENNAS, OPERATIONAL_INSTRUMENTATION and COILS_NON_AXISYMMETRIC IDSs
- Fix 4.0 missing renames of _tor to _phi the suffix of toroidal vector components, affects the following IDSs: SPI, SAWTEETH, RUNAWAY_ELECTRONS, DISTRIBUTIONS, DISTRIBUTIONS_SOURCES, LH_ANTENNAS, B_FIELD_NON_AXISYMMETRIC, SPECTROMETER_VISIBLE
