connection only works with "queries" setup

add a section to the readme that the api may require use of

<queries>
        <package android:name="com.inputstick.apps.inputstickutility" />
 </queries>

(broadcast mode may be unaffected)
in the manifest.md otherwise the service connection doesnt work
