"Files changed" tab is retaining diffs from previous sessions

The "Files changed" tab is retaining diffs from previous sessions, so I can't reliably use it to look at what's been updated without using another app.

The session ID 3e59f6f5-0aa8-45a4-8110-a95325002a55 is retaining diffs in the Files Changed tab that came from a different session (a17b6570-0b29-4735-b4e7-488f49635427). I have tried opening and closing the tab and restarting Copilot with no luck. It seems like its only retaining part of the diff, which includes only the file(s) I have commented on.
