[Feature]: Seamless `deploy` command

Problem statement

I want to be able to use the CLI to generate infrastructure as code as well as my bootstrapped application and allow for deploying that IaC to the cloud.

Proposed solution

• Seamless deploy command exists and is documented
• when run the product is an IaC directory that matches user preferences
• IaC is high quality and uses best practices for all services provided
• offers to perform the init and apply as well
• provides the output and meaningful resources
