Support for umu-launcher

[umu-launcher](https://github.com/Open-Wine-Components/umu-launcher) is a new component that will be supported soon in Bottles. Our components CI should handle this new component. The main issue is OWC does not provide a tarball build of umu, which means we need to fork it and build it ourselves.
